The taste is perfect...rather too perfect, so close to real sugar that will make you confused, are we eating sugar or monk fruit powder. There is no after taste unlike other sweetners with stevia or likewise. After so many years of avoiding sugar, this feels like a blessing. Thanks Sweetmate for making my tea taste like old times.
